Explore an ancient pine forest while enjoying an adventure filled with excitement and fun in the largest treetop adventure park in the Canary Islands. Over 90 challenges suspended between the treetops, such as hanging bridges, nets, lianas, and giant zip lines, await you to unleash your adventurous side. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable experience, always with the highest safety standards. We use a state-of-the-art safety system that keeps you secured at all times, from the start to the end of the activity. Additionally, our team of professionals will provide you with all the necessary instructions and tips to ensure your journey among the Canary pines is completely safe and memorable.
Your Visit
Advance reservation is required. Purchase your tickets through our online calendar, selecting the day, time, and number of participants. If you need to modify or cancel your visit, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our Reservations Department via email. If you notify us less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, and changes will be subject to availability. Review the regulations and check the participation conditions. Plan your transportation from your home or accommodation to Forestal Park Tenerife (we do not offer public transportation, so you will need a car or a taxi from La Laguna or La Esperanza).
Prepare yourself properly to fully enjoy the experience.
Download your ticket to your mobile device or note down your reservation code, as it will be required at reception, and there is no signal in the forest.
Your Ticket Includes:
3 hours of activity (approximately 30 minutes of training and 2.5 hours of fun). If you love adventure, you can extend your time for an additional €5 per hour per participant to continue enjoying our treetop circuits.
Equipment necessary to participate in the treetop courses (harness).
Supervision of the activity from the ground by qualified instructors.
Civil liability and accident insurance.
Requirements:
Age: Between 5 and 69 years.
Minimum height: 1.10 meters.
Maximum weight: 110 kg.
Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult according to the following ratios:
- Children aged 5 to 8: must be accompanied by an adult for every 2 children.
- Children aged 9 to 10: must be accompanied by an adult for every 5 children.
- Children aged 11 to 12: can complete the easy and medium circuits (green and blue) alone, but must be visually supervised by an adult from the group throughout the activity.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Not recommended for people with physical health issues (e.g., heart conditions, respiratory problems, etc.). If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Possible Issues:
Adverse weather conditions:
If the park must close on the day of your visit due to heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or other adverse weather conditions, the activity will be canceled for safety reasons. In this case, you may request a refund of the payment made or reschedule your reservation for another date, subject to availability.
Force majeure:
If our facilities must close due to a force majeure event (such as health restrictions imposed by the Cabildo of Tenerife, the Government of the Canary Islands, or other competent authorities), the activity will be canceled following their guidelines. In this case, you may request a refund of the payment made or change the date of your reservation, subject to availability.

Eco-Friendly Ideas:
- Bring a bag to take your trash with you and dispose of it in the appropriate bin in the city.
- If you bring food, pack it in a lunchbox or wrap it in a cloth to avoid unnecessary packaging.
- Take a reusable water bottle to avoid generating more waste or leaving plastic bottles in the forest.
