After meeting the guide at Mirador de la Bermeja, you will drive for about 5 minutes to the access point of the gorge. Upon arrival, the guide will equip you with special canyoning gear and provide a brief training on the activity, including technical instructions and safety rules. The approach to the gorge will begin with a gentle forest path, which you will walk for about 45 minutes. The descent will start with the first rappel at a height of about 22 meters. During the entire descent, you will be able to admire how the accumulation of volcanic ash and erosion over the years has created this spectacular canyon, with its orange walls and the play of light and shadow that will become unforgettable highlights of your adventure. After completing 8 rappels, you will reach Chimoche Road, marking the end of the descent. You will then return via the same route to the starting point, Mirador de la Bermeja.

Additional information:
- The activity may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
- Wearing a mask will be mandatory when the recommended minimum distance cannot be maintained.

- No prior experience is required, but good physical condition is recommended.
- The activity is not recommended for individuals under 16 years of age.
- Since the activity takes place at heights, it is essential not to have a fear of heights.

- Outdoor Activities Tenerife RESERVES THE RIGHT to cancel the activity if clients show clear signs of being under the influence of alcohol or other substances, without the right to a refund.
- Any decision made by the guide during the activity regarding safety must be respected by the client. Otherwise, the guide may cancel the activity without the right to a refund.
- In case of bad weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and try to avoid traveling to the scheduled location. In such a situation, there will be an option to reschedule the activity or a full refund.
Cancellations and Modifications
- If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, changes or cancellations will incur no costs, and you will receive a 100% refund of the reservation value. The refund will be processed within approximately 3 to 15 business days.
- In case of a date change, you can make a maximum of two changes within two months from the date of the reservation.
- Failure to appear at the location on the agreed date and time will result in the loss of the total fee for the activity, which will be allocated to administrative costs and guide compensation.
The activity is conducted with a guide who speaks English and Spanish.
