1. General Information

  • Warunki sprzedaży mają zastosowanie do zakupu biletu dokonanego w serwisie teneryfka.pl, czyli firmy zarejestrowanej w Hiszpanii pod adresem:
    Avenida Maritima 31, C.C. Playa la Arena, Local 25, 38683 Puerto Santiago, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

2. Acquisition/Purchase/Execution of a Ticket

  • Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 may purchase it. During the purchase, it is necessary to fill out an order form and pay the full amount.
  • Clicking the 'Book' button will redirect to the payment page. Only after the payment is made will a confirmation email be sent to Tenerifeadventure.eu, thereby finalizing the order for the service.
  • The minimum time to purchase a ticket is 24 hours before the service is provided.
  • Tenerifeadventure.eu reserves the right to reject a customer's order if it is not feasible to fulfill (e.g., lack of available seats, unfavorable weather conditions, insufficient time to process the order). If the customer has made a payment and their order is rejected, Tenerifeadventure.eu is obligated to refund the full paid amount.
  • The ticket can be redeemed only once when fulfilling the order with a Tenerifeadventure.eu partner.
  • To redeem the ticket, it must be presented to the partner within the time frame of its validity.
  • A ticket not redeemed within its validity period automatically expires. An order that has expired cannot be fulfilled, and the ticket holder is not entitled to a refund or compensation.
  • The ticket can only be redeemed in full. It is not subject to partial or gradual fulfillment.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the partner is unable to provide the service offered by Tenerifeadventure.eu as described, Tenerifeadventure.eu will promptly notify you of this fact by email or phone. Tenerifeadventure.eu will offer you a new ticket providing comparable benefits (if available) or a full refund of the ticket cost.
  • If the Client has canceled the use of the order and the cancellation occurred within 48 hours or less before the service execution date, they will be obligated to pay 50% of the total service cost, in accordance with the commercial regulations of travel agents in Spain, dated February 25, 1953.
  • The ticket can be purchased exclusively for personal, non-commercial use (although it can be transferred to another person for their personal, non-commercial use).
  • The buyer is solely responsible for the ticket. Neither Tenerifeadventure.eu nor the Partner is responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3. The buyer agrees not to provide false information, including false names, address details, contact details, or payment information;
The buyer also commits to not undertaking any illegal actions regarding the acquisition or use of the ticket, as well as to preventing others from undertaking such actions.

4. Cancellation, Refund and Issues

  • The client has the right to withdraw from the ticket purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the day they received the purchase confirmation by email.
  • By withdrawing from the coupon redemption 48 hours or less before the scheduled service date, the client agrees to pay 50% of the total service price, in accordance with the commercial regulations of travel agents in Spain, dated February 25, 1953.

  • All matters concerning refunds will be discussed directly with the Tenerifeadventure.eu service team.
  • The buyer is aware that it is the Partner, not Tenerifeadventure.eu, who is responsible for the service and its execution.

5. Complaint

All complaints will be discussed directly with the client by phone or at the Tenerife Adventure office to discuss the details. If a written complaint is required, the client will be informed. This may occur in cases where such a complaint is required by the partner with whom Tenerife Adventure cooperates and who performed the service. Every complaint can be submitted by the client either in writing or orally. Each complaint will be thoroughly discussed so that both the client and Tenerife Adventure, as well as the partner with whom Tenerife Adventure cooperates, are satisfied. Complaints will be considered immediately.
