Regulamin zakup\u00f3w w serwisie teneryfka.pl<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Informaci\u00f3n General<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Warunki sprzeda\u017cy maj\u0105 zastosowanie do zakupu biletu dokonanego w serwisie teneryfka.pl, czyli firmy zarejestrowanej w Hiszpanii pod adresem:
    Avenida Maritima 31, C.C. Playa la Arena, Local 25, 38683 Puerto Santiago, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Adquisici\u00f3n\/Compra\/Realizaci\u00f3n de un Boleto<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Solo pueden adquirirlo las personas que hayan cumplido 18 a\u00f1os. Durante la compra, es necesario completar un formulario de pedido y pagar el monto total.<\/li>\n
    • Hacer clic en el bot\u00f3n 'Reservar' te redirigir\u00e1 a la p\u00e1gina de pago. Solo despu\u00e9s de realizar el pago se enviar\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico de confirmaci\u00f3n a Tenerifeadventure.eu, con lo cual se finaliza el pedido del servicio.<\/li>\n
    • El tiempo m\u00ednimo para adquirir un boleto es de 24 horas antes de la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/li>\n
    • Tenerifeadventure.eu se reserva el derecho de rechazar el pedido de un cliente si no es posible cumplirlo (por ejemplo, falta de plazas disponibles, condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas desfavorables, tiempo insuficiente para procesar el pedido). Si el cliente ha realizado un pago y su pedido es rechazado, Tenerifeadventure.eu se compromete a reembolsar el monto total pagado.<\/li>\n
    • El boleto solo se puede canjear una vez al cumplir el pedido con un socio de Tenerifeadventure.eu.<\/li>\n
    • Para canjear el boleto, debe presentarse al socio dentro del plazo de su validez.<\/li>\n
    • Un boleto no canjeado dentro de su per\u00edodo de validez caduca autom\u00e1ticamente. Un pedido que ha caducado no puede ser cumplido, y el poseedor del boleto no tiene derecho a un reembolso o compensaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    • El boleto solo se puede canjear en su totalidad. No est\u00e1 sujeto a un cumplimiento parcial o gradual.<\/li>\n
    • Si, debido a circunstancias imprevistas, el socio no puede proporcionar el servicio ofrecido por Tenerifeadventure.eu seg\u00fan lo descrito, Tenerifeadventure.eu le notificar\u00e1 de inmediato este hecho por correo electr\u00f3nico o tel\u00e9fono. Tenerifeadventure.eu le ofrecer\u00e1 un nuevo boleto que proporcione beneficios comparables (si est\u00e1 disponible) o un reembolso completo del costo del boleto.<\/li>\n
    • Si el Cliente ha cancelado el uso del pedido y la cancelaci\u00f3n se produjo dentro de las 48 horas o menos antes de la fecha de ejecuci\u00f3n del servicio, estar\u00e1 obligado a pagar el 50% del costo total del servicio, de acuerdo con las regulaciones comerciales de los agentes de viajes en Espa\u00f1a, con fecha del 25 de febrero de 1953.\"<\/li>\n
    • El boleto solo se puede adquirir para uso personal y no comercial (aunque se puede transferir a otra persona para su uso personal y no comercial).<\/li>\n
    • El comprador es el \u00fanico responsable del boleto. Ni Tenerifeadventure.eu ni el Socio son responsables de los boletos perdidos o robados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. El comprador se compromete a no proporcionar informaci\u00f3n falsa, incluyendo nombres falsos, datos de direcci\u00f3n, detalles de contacto, o informaci\u00f3n de pago;<\/strong>
      El comprador tambi\u00e9n se compromete a no realizar ninguna acci\u00f3n ilegal con respecto a la adquisici\u00f3n o uso del boleto, as\u00ed como a prevenir que otras personas realicen tales acciones.<\/p>\n

      4. Cancelaci\u00f3n, Reembolso y Problemas<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • El cliente tiene derecho a retirarse del acuerdo de compra del boleto dentro de los 14 d\u00edas calendario desde el d\u00eda en que recibi\u00f3 la confirmaci\u00f3n de compra por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n
      • Al retirarse del canje del cup\u00f3n 48 horas o menos antes de la fecha programada del servicio, el cliente se compromete a pagar el 50% del precio total del servicio, de acuerdo con las regulaciones comerciales de los agentes de viajes en Espa\u00f1a, con fecha del 25 de febrero de 1953.<\/li>\n

      • El comprador es consciente de que es el Socio, no Tenerifeadventure.eu, quien es responsable del servicio y su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Reclamaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Todas las reclamaciones se discutir\u00e1n directamente con el cliente por tel\u00e9fono o en la oficina de Tenerife Adventure para discutir los detalles. Si se requiere una reclamaci\u00f3n escrita, el cliente ser\u00e1 informado. Esto puede ocurrir en casos donde tal reclamaci\u00f3n sea requerida por el socio con quien Tenerife Adventure coopera y que realiz\u00f3 el servicio. Cada reclamaci\u00f3n puede ser presentada por el cliente ya sea por escrito o verbalmente. Cada\u00a0reclamaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>se discutir\u00e1 minuciosamente para que tanto el cliente como Tenerife Adventure, as\u00ed como el socio con el que Tenerife Adventure coopera, queden satisfechos.
